Job summary

Givaudan in Dubai seeks a Fragrance Evaluator for the Fabric & Home Care category to support the Middle East & North Africa markets from our regional Creative Centre in Dubai. You will guide fragrance development, collaborate with perfumers, marketing, and sales to meet customer briefs and regional trends.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of evaluation experience, and excellent English; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• 3+ years of experience in evaluation or related fragrance development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; strong olfactory/fragrance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Guide fragrance development by evaluating briefs and selecting suitable fragrances.
• Collaborate with perfumers, marketing, consumer insights and sales to meet customer requirements.
• Understand regional marketing trends and apply them to fragrance concepts.
• Lead brief handling steps and ensure alignment with regional goals.
• Build knowledge of customers' products and processes; interact with clients under supervision.
