Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Graphic Designer to join our Dubai offices on-site. You will conceptualize and develop packaging, campaigns, and collaterals to bring IFF fragrances to life, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with AI-based tools, and a strong portfolio in beauty or luxury design. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you will contribute to global projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work in beauty, luxury, or advertising.

Responsibilities

• Imagine and create concepts from mood boards to key visuals, storyboards, videos, social content and in-store displays.
• Design packaging mockups and label graphics.
• Create visually appealing presentations to support customer interactions.
• Conceptualize and bring to life immersive real-world brand experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and translate them into creative concepts.
• Support the marketing team with brands, categories, and trends.
