We’re working with an award-winning digital media agency in Dubai, known for delivering high-impact work for leading brands across multiple industries.

The agency has built a strong reputation in the market, with an exceptionally high employee retention rate and long-standing client relationships. With continued new business growth, they are expanding their senior team and looking for a Performance Media Director.

This is not purely a delivery or channel leadership role. They’re looking for a well-rounded business professional - someone commercially sharp, confident with senior clients, strong on performance strategy and capable of leading and developing a sizeable specialist team.

The Role

• Own and strengthen senior client relationships across major accounts
• Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social and broader digital channels
• Provide leadership and direction to Performance Media Managers and specialist teams
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex client and delivery challenges
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development
• Contribute to pitches, strategic proposals and senior-level client presentations
• Improve processes, ways of working and overall quality of client delivery
• Mentor and develop high-performing performance marketing teams
• Work closely with agency leadership on commercial and strategic initiatives

About You

• Significant experience within a leading digital/performance marketing agency
• Strong expertise across Paid Search and Paid Social
• Broad understanding of digital marketing, including creative, SEO, programmatic and related channels
• Strong Ecommerce and Retail experience
• Proven experience leading and developing sizeable specialist teams
• Comfortable managing and influencing CMOs, CEOs, founders and senior stakeholders
• Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
• Data-led and commercially astute, with strong strategic judgement
• Confident communicator who can handle senior-level and difficult conversations
• A sharp, polished and credible personality with the presence to represent the agency at the highest level
