Job summary

WiseLearn Institute in Dubai seeks a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to own paid lead generation and tracking, driving enrolments with the sales team. You will manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, set up conversion tracking, and build funnel reports to guide decisions.

As part of the role, you will optimize landing pages, support CRM automation, and coordinate with designers and SEO efforts. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. On-site or hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing with ownership of Meta and Google lead gen accounts.
• Proven experience with GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI and conversion tracking.
• Comfort with CRM data (Zoho, HubSpot or similar) and tying ad spend to revenue.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written reporting.
• Experience in UAE/GCC education, training or high-ticket lead gen is a plus; English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads as future channels).
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking: GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and offline conversion feedback from our CRM (Zoho).
• Build funnel reporting from ad click to lead to qualified lead to enrolment, with weekly insights and recommendations.
• Improve landing pages and lead forms through A/B testing.
• Support CRM automation: lead routing, follow-up sequences and lead-quality feedback.
• Work with the growth lead on SEO and content priorities, and brief designers and freelancers.
• Make minor WordPress updates (landing page edits, tracking tags).
• Create basic ad creatives and copy using Canva and AI tools.

The role

You will own paid lead generation and the tracking behind it. Success is measured in qualified leads and enrolments, not clicks or cheap leads. You’ll work closely with our sales team and growth lead to improve lead quality and cost per enrolment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing, with demonstrated ownership of Meta and Google lead gen accounts
• Proven experience with GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI and conversion tracking
• Comfort with CRM data (Zoho, HubSpot or similar) and tying ad spend to revenue
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written reporting
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market or B2C/B2B education, training or high-ticket lead gen is a strong advantage
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
