Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing lead to drive paid channels and growth for HomeBox in Dubai. You will own paid revenue, optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms, and partner with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Merchandising and Analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will develop dashboards, ensure accurate attribution, and lead testing to improve ROAS and CAC, with governance of agencies and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Experience in paid channel strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own paid revenue, customer acquisition and media efficiency.
• Deliver KPIs including ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate and Revenue.
• Plan, execute and optimize Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging paid channels.
• Lead media agencies with governance, planning, optimization and performance reviews.
• Develop executive dashboards and actionable insights using GA4, GTM and reporting platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across digital properties.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Merchandising and Analytics teams.
• Support initiatives that drive ecommerce growth and store traffic.
• Lead structured testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and bidding.
• Identify opportunities using AI, automation and new digital technologies.
• Operate independently and coach agency partners.
