Job summary

HopSkipDrive is seeking a People Operations professional to own the end-to-end onboarding for new hires and manage the employee lifecycle across promotions, transfers, and departures.

You will maintain records in ADP WorkforceNow and Leapsome, coordinate company-wide programs, ensure policy rollouts and compliance, and support hiring for operations roles, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Experience with onboarding, leaves of absence, and employee relations.
• Proficiency with ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• High attention to detail and experience handling sensitive/confidential data.
• Comfort using AI tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, and departures.
• Maintain accurate employee records in ChartHop, ADP, and Leapsome.
• Coordinate company-wide People programs such as surveys, L&D, and wellness initiatives.
• Track policy rollouts, handbook acknowledgements, and multi-state compliance.
• Facilitate leaves of absence and workplace accommodation processes.
• Support full-cycle hiring and sourcing for operational roles when needed.
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline recurring People operations.
