Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking multiple People & Culture Executives to support our growing network of UAE schools. You will be the first point of contact for school-based colleagues and ensure delivery of People & Culture processes, policies and systems across payroll, onboarding, and records in Oracle.

Join a collaborative team and contribute to recruitment, employee relations, reporting, and continuous improvement while upholding UAE labour law and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law, payroll processes and HR systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll cycles and attendance validation.
• Process onboarding, offboarding, contract admin and benefits processing.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle/HRIS and conduct reporting.
• Assist in recruitment activities and onboarding events.
• Coordinate MOHRE/ICP visa applications with GRE and HQ teams.
• Support employee relations cases and confidentiality.
