People & Culture Manager - Dubai | AED 18K-22K per month

We are hiring a People & Culture Manager on behalf of our client, a growing organization based in Sharjah.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can operate strategically and operationally - driving people strategy, culture, and talent acquisition while also managing day-to-day HR operations in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR & Culture

• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams
• Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession

Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and structured hiring processes
• Build pipelines of top-tier talent and improve candidate experience

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Design engagement programs (e.g. pulse surveys, team building)
• Manage employee relations and promote inclusion across teams

Performance & Development

• Run performance appraisal cycles
• Design L&D programs aligned with future skills (digital, AI, leadership)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8-12 years of HR experience, across strategic and operational areas
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance
• Proven success in talent acquisition and culture-building
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and modern HR tools
