NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead manpower budgeting, recruitment, and people development in coordination with senior leaders. The role focuses on building a high-morale work environment, implementing training programs, and aligning HR activities with the hotel’s strategy while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in international companies with a track record of achievements.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy is required.
• Results-driven with strong people management and development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and forecasting the hotel manpower budget in coordination with GM, DFC and HODs as per business requirement.
• Create a work environment with high employee morale and continuous learning & development; use feedback from employee surveys to drive action.
• Implement systems and procedures to achieve higher employee efficiency and satisfaction.
• Recruitment and performance appraisal/management of staff; develop and implement the annual HR strategic plan.
• Monitor in-house training; ensure compliance with Minor Hotel Group code of conduct.
• Interact with the GM & HODs daily on manpower planning, people development and support to operations.
• Plan recruitment and selection; maintain planning database and rationalize manpower utilization.
• Implement Employee Satisfaction surveys and communicate results with action plans.
• Oversee performance management system/appraisals; coordinate rewards & recognition aligned with values.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor legislation and corporate governance; coordinate HR functions, trainings, inductions, payroll, onboarding and disciplinary processes.
