Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in international companies with achievements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.
• Results driven and strong in people management and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manpower planning, forecasting and budgeting in coordination with GM, DFC and HODs.
• Recruitment and performance appraisal/ management of staff at the unit.
• Develop and implement the annual HR strategic plan aligned to the unit strategy.
• Manage in-house training and ensure compliance with UAE labor legislation.
• Coordinate visa, PRO activities and staff welfare initiatives.
• Support departments in developing leadership capabilities and organizational transformation.
