Job summary

Al Tayer Group seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, ensuring vehicles are cleaned, checked, and prepared for customer delivery on schedule. You will liaise with showrooms, PDI and recovery teams to coordinate deliveries and accessory fitment.

The role involves organizing delivery parking, coordinating showroom displays, and ensuring all vehicles arrive in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Collect all PDI lists from the relevant showrooms and compile for Logistics.
• Coordinate with PDI & Recovery teams for all deliveries and accessory fitment.
• Organize delivery parking and showroom displays and replacements on delivery days.
• Check all cars on arrival and before delivery; prioritize deliveries to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Receive cars from recovery trucks and manage associated fines risk.
• Prepare Stock Transfer notes to accompany all vehicles.
• Create and push internal POs for processing.

To coordinate the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process and ensure all vehicles are checked, cleaned, and ready for customer delivery on time while meeting dealership quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Collect all PDI lists from the relevant showrooms, and compile the list to Logistics.
• Coordinate with PDI & Recoveries for all deliveries and accessory fitment.
• Organize the delivery parking and arrange and coordinate the showroom displays and replacements upon deliveries.
• Check all cars upon arrival and before delivery. Prioritize the deliveries to improve the process and customer satisfaction.
• Receive cars from the recovery trucks to prevent and decrease the fines.
• Stock Transfer notes to accompany all vehicles.
• All Internal PO’s to be created and pushed for processing
