Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking a Logistics coordinator to oversee the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process, ensuring vehicles are checked, cleaned, and ready for customer delivery on time while upholding dealership quality standards.

You will collect PDI lists from showrooms, coordinate with PDI and Recoveries for deliveries and accessories, organize delivery parking and showroom displays, and verify cars on arrival to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect PDI lists from showrooms, and compile the list to Logistics.
• Coordinate with PDI & Recoveries for all deliveries and accessory fitment.
• Organize the delivery parking and arrange and coordinate the showroom displays and replacements upon deliveries.
• Check all cars upon arrival and before delivery. Prioritize the deliveries to improve the process and customer satisfaction.
• Receive cars from the recovery trucks to prevent and decrease the fines.
• Stock Transfer notes to accompany all vehicles.
• All Internal PO’s to be created and pushed for processing
