Job summary

Abu Alnaga Development is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations from on-site Dubai offices. You will ensure accurate wage calculations, deductions, and benefits while upholding payroll records and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve inquiries, support audits and reporting, and drive process improvements to ensure timely payments to team members and accurate tax handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for diverse employee groups.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, statutory contributions, and garnishments.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel with data validation/reporting skills.

Role Description

The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for the organization. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy of wage calculations, deductions, and benefits, and maintaining up-to-date payroll records. The role involves handling payroll taxes, statutory contributions, and garnishments in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The Payroll Specialist will coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related inquiries, support audits and reporting, and continuously improve payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to team members.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing, including managing full-cycle payroll for diverse employee groups.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and statutory reporting.
• Candidates should possess practical experience handling Garnishments and other payroll deductions in line with legal and company guidelines.
• Relevant experience in payroll or finance, ideally within real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel, including data validation and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
