Job summary

myAlfred is seeking a Payroll Officer in Dubai to execute monthly payroll for onshore and offshore workforce, manage inputs through payment reconciliation, and strengthen payroll processes as the organization grows.

You’ll work closely with HR and Finance, manage WPS SIF and non-WPS files, and help ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Strong Excel skills and UAE labour law knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of payroll experience including UAE payroll.
• Experience preparing and validating WPS SIF and non-WPS files.
• Experience handling payroll for multiple entities.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, SUMIFS and Pivot.

Responsibilities

• Monthly payroll calculations, salary changes and adjustments.
• Prepare separate payroll workbooks and payment files for multiple entities.
• Handle WPS SIF, non-WPS files and payment schedules.
• Attendance, leave reconciliation and final settlements.
• Produce payslips, salary certificates and respond to payroll queries.
• Perform payroll checks, variance analysis and maintain records.

We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to execute monthly payroll for our onshore and offshore workforce and prepare separate payroll and payment files across the group’s different entities.

You’ll work closely with HR and Finance, manage the details from approved inputs through payment reconciliation, and help strengthen payroll processes as the organisation grows.

What you’ll own

• Monthly payroll calculations, salary changes, incentives, deductions and adjustments.
• Separate payroll workbooks and payment files for multiple Alfred Holdings entities.
• WPS Salary Information Files (SIF), non WPS files, Exchange and other approved payment schedules.
• Attendance and leave reconciliation, salary proration and final settlements.
• Monthly payslips, salary certificates and employee payroll queries.
• Payroll checks, variance analysis and accurate supporting records.

What you must bring

• At least two years of payroll experience, including practical UAE payroll experience.
• Direct experience preparing and validating WPS SIF and non WPS payment files.
• Experience handling payroll for multiple entities.
• Strong Excel skills are mandatory, including lookup formulas, SUMIFS, pivot tables and payroll reconciliation.
• Accuracy, confidentiality and consistent delivery against deadlines.
• The ability to identify discrepancies, investigate their cause and resolve them.

An understanding of UAE labour law relevant to payroll, leave and final settlements is preferred.
