Job summary

Yallo Retail in Dubai is seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead the migration of payroll data from the legacy AS400 IBM system to EC Payroll. You will develop ETL processes using SAP BODS and CPI, manage multiple environments, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a secure, timely transition.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, payroll data structures, and end-to-end migration projects.

Qualifications

Experience in Employee Central Payroll data migration projects.
Strong expertise in ETL tools (SAP BODS), data mapping, and transformation.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI for payroll integration with EC.
Experience managing multiple environments (production, test, development).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end payroll data migration from legacy AS400 IBM systems to EC Payroll.
Develop, execute, and oversee ETL processes for secure data transfer.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture migration requirements.
Manage mock runs, trials, and final cutover migrations.
Coordinate data cleansing and enrichment with business teams.
Ensure data integrity, validation rules, and reconciliation.
Work with Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors to align timelines.
Troubleshoot data migration issues and implement fixes.
Maintain migration documentation including mappings and reports.
Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance during migration.
