• 7+ years of accounting experience with payroll focus.
• Experience in a public company, high-growth or technology environment preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of payroll accounting, including reconciliation, compliance and reporting.
• Lead key elements of the month-end and quarter-end close process.
• Develop accounting procedures, policies and internal controls.
• Drive process improvement, automation and greater efficiency across accounting.
• Support accounting systems development and implementation.
• Partner with external auditors and cross-functional stakeholders.
