Job summary

TAQAR CONSULTING CO. L.L.C is seeking an experienced Payment Customer Service Supervisor to lead customer operations, oversee payment and settlement processes, and drive performance across the team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on payment operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage data, monitor KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations or related fields.
• Strong understanding of payment processing and settlement workflows.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team performance through KPIs and targets.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to support growth.
• Oversee payment and settlement processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and exceptions.
• Monitor transaction activity and collaborate with risk and compliance teams.
• Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
