Revolut Ltd in Dubai is seeking a Payments Implementation Manager to ensure efficient, secure local payment operations across the UAE. You will manage relationships with local payment systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee end-to-end payment processes.

The role requires collaboration with IT teams, regular reporting, risk mitigation, and ongoing learning to stay ahead of changes in the payments landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in local payment schemes
• Certifications/trainings in local payment system operations
• In-depth knowledge of payments legislation
• Fluency in English and strong written communication

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relations with local payment systems.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
• Oversee end-to-end payment operations: initiation, verification, reconciliation, settlement.
• Collaborate with IT teams on payment system issues.
• Generate reports on activities, volumes, performance for compliance.
• Monitor payment risks and propose controls.
• Engage in industry forums and working groups.
• Stay updated on payment trends and regulations.
