Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a patient administrator to efficiently manage appointment scheduling and patient registration. You will handle medical insurance processes and related tasks, and oversee billing and cash-up activities, ensuring high-quality patient service.

Essentially, 2-3 years in customer services within healthcare is preferred, with familiarity in hospital information systems and CRM tools. Primary work location is Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Essential: Completed secondary school education (Grade 12).
• Desired: Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in medical science, finance or accounting.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment is desirable.
