Job summary

You will answer inquiries, coordinate scheduling, and ensure confirmations by SMS or phone, while upholding hospital policies.

The role requires strong English and Arabic skills, basic computer literacy, and experience in customer service in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal/written communication.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
• Exposure to customer service principles and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supports the team by answering daily inquiries.
• Provides coaching, guidelines and education to team members.
• Monitors workflow, volumes and skillsets assignments.
• Schedules and books patient appointments via iConnect.
• Confirms appointments via SMS/phone and handles rescheduling.
• Transfers callers to appropriate clinic staff when needed.
• Maintains patient information accuracy and data entry per criteria.
