Responsibilities

• Meet departmental KPI targets and support ongoing service quality.
• Prepare and manage the duty roster as required by operations.
• Liaise with supervisor to improve KPI and customer service.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and relay messages accurately.
• Book appointments and respond to enquiries about hospital services.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle difficult callers calmly.
