Job summary

Joint Space Polyclinic LLC in Dubai is seeking a Patient Journey Coordinator to work daily with practitioners and the reception team at Alserkal Avenue. You will help patients understand their treatment plans, show additional Joint Space services, and book their next steps with confidence.

The role is full-time, based at Joint Space in Alserkal Avenue, with a salary of 8,000 AED per month plus commission of up to 4,000 AED per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or client-facing role with bookings, memberships or sales.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Organised with records and follow ups, confident with booking and messaging software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and receive practitioner referrals; explain treatment plans and booking options.
• Understand what is holding a patient back, address questions, and share insights with practitioners.
