Job summary

Joint Space Polyclinic LLC in Dubai is seeking a confident Clinic Sales Manager to engage patients, explain services, pricing and bookings, and drive conversions with practitioners and reception colleagues.

The role is hands-on, patient-facing, requiring excellent English, strong organisation and the ability to meet booking targets. It offers full-time or part-time hours with on-site or hybrid work at Alserkal Avenue, Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare facility.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in clinic sales, patient coordination, customer service or helping patients book recommended services is an advantage.
• Confident communicating with patients face-to-face and discussing services, pricing and booking options.
• Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations with patients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working towards conversion and booking targets.
• Able to work closely with practitioners and the reception team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with patients in the clinic and support those referred by practitioners.
• Clearly explain recommended services, pricing and booking options.
• Understand what may be preventing a patient from booking and help resolve practical questions or concerns without pressure.
• Refer clinical or medical questions back to the appropriate practitioner.
• Coordinate with reception to arrange appointments and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Follow up with patients who need more time before booking.
• Keep accurate records of practitioner referrals, patient conversations and confirmed bookings.
• Work towards agreed conversion and booking targets.

Clinic Sales Manager

Joint Space Polyclinic is looking for a confident, proactive and patient-focused Clinic Sales Manager to work directly with patients and support conversion from practitioner recommendations into confirmed bookings. This is a hands-on, patient-facing sales role within the clinic. You will work closely with practitioners and reception, speak with patients about recommended services, answer practical questions around pricing and booking, and help patients take the next step in their care.
