Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of similar front desk experience required; Bachelor’s degree can substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to handle financial and administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and visitors, verify identification, and ensure accurate preregistration and registration.
• Perform insurance eligibility checks and communicate out-of-pocket responsibilities.
• Obtain signatures, distribute rights documents, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, reminders, and coordination of patient visits.
• Handle cash collection, billing transactions, and deposits per procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Address inquiries, de-escalate complaints, and coordinate with team leaders.
• Support shift work, roster coverage, and front-desk coordination.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and optimize patient flow.
