Job summary

You will work closely with pharmacy staff, greet patients, and handle calls while maintaining accurate records and inventory. Proficiency in English is essential, with Arabic skills desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate license to work as Assistant Pharmacist.
• Maintain professional licensure.
• Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Be willing to work across departments when necessary.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients/customers as they enter the pharmacy.
• Dispense accurately in accordance with physician prescription and provide clear instructions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff; assist in training and development where needed.
• Ensure every patient is attended to and satisfied.
• Maintain inventory and proper placement of medicines and supplies.
• Adhere to MOH guidelines and update documents regularly; coordinate with Quality Manager.
