Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee patient service revenue capture, management and collection across front-office and clinical interfaces. In this role you will lead the Revenue Cycle Management team, ensure regulatory and internal process compliance, and drive effective service delivery across hospital and clinic points of care.

Job description

To monitor and manage the patient and front office administration process related to the capturing, management and collection of patient service revenue to ensure optimal revenue collection and prevent financial risk.

To ensure the delivery of the patient journey from referral to follow-up and the management of all operational service points.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• To lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
