Job summary

Rotana in Dubai is seeking passionate and dynamic kitchen professionals to join our on-site team. You will support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, follow menu specifications, and maintain hygiene in a high-standard hotel kitchen.

You will control stock and food cost in your section, prepare mis-en-place, and work with other sections to ensure quality, waste control, and cost efficiency while keeping up with new recipes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operation.
• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
• Keep work area hygienic according to hotel rules.
• Control food stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different kitchen sections.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure high standards and quality, stay updated with new products and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
