Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Pastry Chef for our Abu-Dhabi restaurant. You will prepare a range of pastries and cakes, including wedding and novelty cakes, and decorate them with distinctive designs.

You will also maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure all health codes are followed while collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality desserts.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience as a pastry chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Demonstrable knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients and presentation styles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 20 lbs (9 kg) when necessary.
• Salary 1500 AED/Month
