We are looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our Abu Dhabi-based restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about food, have a vibrant personality, and a desire to make our customers’ dining experience memorable.

We are looking for a candidate who has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must also be able to take initiative and work well both independently as well as part of a team.

The primary responsibilities of the Pastry Chef will include creating amazing desserts and pastries that meet our high standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the kitchen staff to ensure recipes are followed correctly, maintaining accurate records of ingredients used, creating new desserts in accordance with customer feedback, and preparing food items in accordance with health standards. Additionally, the successful candidate must keep the kitchen clean by washing dishes regularly, storing ingredients properly, and disposing of waste materials responsibly.

Qualifications for this position include culinary training from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in the kitchen; knowledge of baking techniques; knowledge of sanitation practices; the ability to follow all health department regulations; excellent customer service skills; an understanding of flavors that pair well together; basic understanding of nutrition; proficiency using commercial kitchen equipment; excellent problem-solving skills; time management skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills; and flexibility with working hours (including evenings/weekends).

This position offers an attractive salary of 900 AED per month plus performance-based bonuses. We welcome applications from immigrants who meet the required qualifications.
