FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Commis 1 to join our luxury kitchen brigade. You will contribute to delivering Five-Styled menus and sensational dining experiences with precision, under the guidance of the culinary leadership.

Ideal candidates bring a Culinary Degree, or equivalent, and a track record in high-end hotel or fine dining environments. Pre-opening experience, HACCP knowledge, and a can-do attitude are highly valued as we push for excellence.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
• Outstanding Pre-Opening experience advantageous.
• Excellent TimeManagement and Multi-Tasking skills under pressure.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with colleagues and guests.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and health/safety regulations.
• Oversee preparation and execution of a Five-styled menu.
• Collaborate with Culinary Team to deliver sensational dining experiences.
• Procurement and handling of fresh ingredients.
• Maintain hygienic and organized kitchen following best practices.
• Commit to continuous professional development through training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Preparation and Execution of a creative ‘FIVE-Styled’ menu.
• Ensures each dish is Hand-Crafted to Perfection.
• Maintains a hygienic and organized kitchen environment.
• Procures and handles ingredients to ensure freshness.
• Collaborates with the Culinary Team for timely service.
