Job summary

Restore Talent Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Spare Parts Operations Manager to lead regional inventory strategy, supplier performance, warehouse optimization, and system-driven processes across the Gulf and broader MEA. You will report to the Aftersales Director and help shape end-to-end logistics performance.

Responsibilities include regional operations handling, warehouse management, forecasting, vendor coordination, and process improvements through ERP/DMS systems.

Qualifications

• Five years in spare parts or supply chain operations in the automotive sector.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/DMS systems and data analysis.
• Fluent in English.

• Oversee regional warehouse activities and optimize layout and procedures.
• Develop and revise demand forecasts and collaborate with sales and aftersales teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics companies, and warehousing partners to ensure timely deliveries and minimize demurrage costs.

Job description

You will be at the centre of our regional spare parts operations responsible for inventory strategy supplier performance warehouse optimization and system-driven process management. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director this role offers the opportunity to shape end-to-end logistics performance across the Gulf and broader MEA region.

Key Scope / Overview

Spare Parts Operations Management

• Handle regional operations: order processing inventory control logistics coordination and data analysis.
  

Warehouse Management

• Oversee regional warehouse activities.
  
• Optimize layout and operational procedures.
  
• Improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  

Inventory Optimization

• Streamline inventory structure to enhance turnover.
  
• Ensure high availability of essential and high-demand parts.
  

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate with suppliers logistics companies and warehousing partners.
  
• Ensure timely deliveries and minimize demurrage costs.
  

Forecasting & Collaboration

• Develop and regularly revise demand forecasts.
  
• Work closely with sales and aftersales teams.
  

Process & System Management

• Establish and implement SOPs.
  
• Drive digital and system-based management approaches.
  

Service Quality & Dealer Support

• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction.
  
• Support dealers in growing their spare parts business.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or higher in logistics supply chain mechanical engineering or automotive-related fields.
  
• 5 years in spare parts or supply chain operations in the automotive sector.
  
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
  
• Proficient in ERP/DMS systems.
  
• SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.
  
• Strong in data analysis planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  
• Fluent in English.
