Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks a Parts Advisor for the BYD division within Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility. You will source cost-effective parts, manage inventories, and support servicing and refurbishment across multiple brands.

Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will maintain stock, process POs, liaise with suppliers and brand partners, and help deliver excellent customer service while contributing to cost control and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in automotive technology or related field.
• 3–4 years of automotive parts or inventory management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual parts inventories.
• Ensure stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
• Source cost-effective parts for servicing and refurbishment.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification.
• Maintain organized and secure storage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand partners.
• Support Sales and Service teams with parts availability.
• Prepare stock, savings, purchasing and customer-service reports.
• Contribute to cost control and profitability targets.
• Support positive customer experience and teamwork.
