• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual parts inventories.
• Ensure stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
• Source cost-effective parts for servicing, repairs and refurbishment.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification on time.
• Maintain organized and secure physical parts storage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand partners for stock planning and reporting.
• Support Sales and Service teams with accessories and parts availability.
• Liaise with suppliers and automotive brands.
• Prepare stock, savings, purchasing and customer-service reports.

• We are seeking a Parts Advisor responsible for sourcing cost-effective automotive parts, maintaining accurate inventory, supporting vehicle servicing and refurbishment, and ensuring parts availability across multiple vehicle brands.

What You Will Do

• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual parts inventories.
• Ensure sufficient stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
• Source cost-effective parts for servicing, repairs and used-vehicle refurbishment.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized and secure physical parts storage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand partners while supporting stock planning and reporting.
• Support Sales and Service teams with accessories and parts availability.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and automotive brands.
• Prepare stock, savings, purchasing and customer-service reports.
• Support inventory cost control and departmental profitability targets.
• Contribute to positive customer experience and effective teamwork.

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
• 3-4 years of automotive parts or inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of automotive parts, procurement and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

• You will report to the Parts Supervisor and work closely with Service and Sales teams, suppliers and brand representatives. The team focuses on parts availability, efficient inventory management, cost control and excellent customer service.
