Job summary

Bayut is seeking an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to work with used car dealers across the UAE. You will manage partner relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive service adoption to grow mutual revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales or account management, with familiarity in automotive or fintech sectors, and strong English/Arabic communication. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for B2B relationships.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; data entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle Partner Relationship Management: main point of contact for a portfolio of partners.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services.
• Drive adoption of services to increase penetration and commissions for partners.
• Understand partner workflows and propose customized service bundles.
• Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and optimize outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them to use our platform and services.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product and customer support to ensure a smooth partner experience.
