Bayut & dubizzle is hiring an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to work with used car dealers, understand their needs, upsell services, and drive mutual revenue growth. The role focuses on partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, identifying opportunities to pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services, and onboarding new partners with platform training to ensure a smooth experience across sales,

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Familiarity with the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Must possess excellent data entry skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and close deals

Responsabilidades

• Handle Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch our financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles that enhance their operations.
• Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimize outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them on how to effectively use our platform and services.
• Work with sales, operations, product, and customer support to deliver a smooth partner experience.
