Job summary

Qualifications

The firm represents local and international clients across a broad range of civil, commercial, contractual, real estate and construction matters, with experience in litigation before the onshore UAE courts and the DIFC and ADGM Courts, as well as arbitration proceedings and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. The firm acts for clients across a diverse range of sectors, including real estate and construction, hospitality, insurance, aviation, banking and finance, and has extensive experience in commercial and residential rental disputes. Role Description

Saad Al Hammadi Advocates & Legal Consultants is looking to welcome an experienced Partner to join our Dubai office as part of the continued growth and development of the firm.

We are a Dubai-based law firm with a strong focus on dispute resolution and a longstanding client portfolio across a range of sectors. We are looking for a senior lawyer who can complement our existing practice, contribute to the development of the firm, and play an active role in expanding our client base and areas of work.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a strong background in dispute resolution and/or corporate and commercial law, with substantial experience practicing in the UAE and a well-established understanding of the local legal and business environment.

The successful candidate should have:

• Significant post-qualification legal experience, with a substantial part of that experience gained in the UAE
• A strong background in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration and/or corporate and commercial matters
• Experience advising and managing relationships with corporate, institutional, and private clients;
• A demonstrated ability to develop business, originate new work, and build long-term client relationships
• An established professional network within the UAE and/or the wider GCC/MENA region
• The ability to independently manage matters and client relationships at a senior level
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise, mentor, and contribute to the development of the firm’s legal team
• A commercial approach to legal practice and an interest in contributing to the firm’s broader growth and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An existing client base and demonstrable track record of business generation
