Job summary

PT. Tian Tujuhpuluh Utama in the United Arab Emirates (Remote) seeks an experienced POS Integration Specialist for a part-time, fully remote role.

You will handle integration, configuration, and ongoing performance of POS systems and connected platforms, resolving issues and collaborating with multiple teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in POS/retail tech, strong API and data interface knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in POS, integrations, or retail tech.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data interfaces and system connectivity.
• Experience with testing, deployment and documenting technical work.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support integration between POS platforms and connected business systems.
• Configure and maintain interfaces, APIs, data exchanges, and integration workflows.
• Investigate transaction failures and synchronization issues.
• Monitor integration performance and identify recurring issues.
• Coordinate with development, infra, payments and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, and deployments for integrations.
• Validate data flows for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain integration documentation and troubleshooting records.
• Support testing of new integrations and system enhancements prior to production.
• Suggest improvements to improve reliability and performance.
