Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai in Dubai is seeking a part-time Business Development Consultant to build your own client portfolio while contributing to our growth. You will identify and meet potential clients, close deals, and promote our recruitment services with a 20% commission on revenue.

Achieve a target of AED 50,000 to transition to a full-time role; UAE visa is required. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for self-driven professionals looking to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of the recruitment industry (preferred).
• Valid UAE visa (either employed as second job or own visa).

Responsibilities

• Contact the companies and potential clients identified.
• Set up and attend meetings with potential clients and close deals.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for permanent placement and professional recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to understand recruitment needs.
• Communicate Talent Bridge's value proposition with its competitive 20% placement fee.
• Close deals and generate revenue through client acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate proposals, follow up for closure, and track hires and invoicing.
