Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Ajman, UAE. You will maintain product appearance in stores, create attractive displays, and negotiate shelf space while tracking inventory and coordinating with the sales team. This role suits a detail‑oriented, independent worker with retail experience.

Salary is AED 1500 per month, pro-rated for part-time hours, with accommodation provided if needed. This position is based in Ajman, UAE, and requires Egyptian nationality preference.

Qualifications

• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous merchandiser/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores regularly to ensure products are displayed correctly and shelves are stocked.
• Remove damaged or expired products from shelves.
• Negotiate with store managers to secure prime shelf space.
• Create eye-catching displays to attract customers.
• Track inventory levels and communicate with sales team for replenishment.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report to sales team.
