Job summary

ConFlip in Sharjah invites a part-time Merchandiser to ensure proper product displays, stock levels, and promotions in retail stores. You will visit assigned stores regularly, build relationships with managers, and monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for improvements.

Ideal candidates are Arabic speakers, Egyptian nationals preferred, with experience in merchandising or retail sales, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on a regular basis to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to customers about features and benefits.
• Ensure that all promotional materials are displayed correctly according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the sales team.
• Report any issues or obstacles that may affect sales or product placement in stores.
