Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Ajman, UAE. You will maintain product appearance in stores, create attractive displays, and negotiate shelf space while tracking inventory and coordinating with the sales team. Salary is AED 1500 per month, pro-rated for part-time hours, with accommodation provided if needed. This position is based in Ajman, UAE, and requires Egyptian nationality preference.

Qualifications

• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous merchandiser/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and report to sales team.

As a part‑time Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance and presentation of our products in stores. • Visit assigned stores on a regular basis to ensure products are displayed correctly and shelves are fully stocked
• Remove damaged or expired products from shelves

• Create eye‑catching displays to attract customers' attention
• Track inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Monitor competitor's pricing and promotions and report back to the sales team

Requirements:
