Job summary

ConFlip in Ajman is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to optimise product availability and visibility in our stores. You will build strong relationships with store staff, provide training and support, and conduct regular stock checks and promotional activities.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required. Salary AED 1400 per month plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
