Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our Ajman team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role and will analyze sales trends, negotiate prices with vendors, and create promotional and pricing strategies.

You will ensure product availability, monitor performance, prepare reports and maintain stock levels, while ensuring compliance with company purchasing and inventory policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to merchandising.
