Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is offering a UAE National part-time Receptionist/Guest Relation Officer position, serving as the face of the brand at our service center and showroom. You will greet customers, direct them to the right executive, and start an exceptional journey from arrival to departure.

Fluency in English, customer-focused mindset, and basic MS Office knowledge are preferred. The role requires a UAE national with Family Book and a high school diploma or higher, in a dynamic automotive

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred).
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all customers visiting our service center/showroom.
• Welcome, guide, and ensure customers are connected to the right executive seamlessly.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.
• Give every guest a warm send-off, ensuring they leave feeling valued and cared for.
