Job summary

Al Futtaim Automotive in the UAE invites UAE National candidates to join as a part-time Receptionist or Guest Relation Officer at our Toyota & Lexus showroom and service center. You will be the face of the brand and deliver our World’s Warmest Welcome to every customer.

You will handle first contact, assist guests, and ensure they are connected to the right executive, contributing to an exceptional customer journey in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred).
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all customers visiting our service center/showroom.
• Welcome, guide, and connect customers to the right executive seamlessly.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.
• Give every guest a warm send-off, ensuring they leave feeling valued and cared for.
