Our 5-star luxury hotel in Ajman is seeking a part-time Concierge Assistant to join our team We are looking for an English-speaking candidate who is able to work on a temporary basis without the need for accommodation or visa sponsorship This position would be ideal for Kenyan nationals who are looking for flexible work hours and have experience in the hospitality industry

As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests during their stay Your main duties will include managing guest inquiries making reservations recommending local attractions and activities and arranging transportation

To excel in this role you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality You should also have strong organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

This is a part-time position with flexible hours that may include weekends and evenings depending on the needs of the hotel

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month
