There are multiple positions available across both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses. The expected start date is August 2026.

Qualifications

As a faculty member, you will provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to enhance our student's learning experience and achieve learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

1-A minimum of a Master’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature, TAFL, Second language acquisition, or Applied Linguistics that is or can be equalized by the UAE Ministry of Education.

2- Experience teaching Modern Standard Arabic at the university level and developing pedagogical materials and incorporating active learning pedagogy into the curriculum.

3- Experience in teaching university level non-native learners. Consideration will be given to faculty who have experience in international or bilingual environments.

4- Training in ACTFL or CEFR proficiency guidelines and experience in foreign language proficiency-based instruction, preferably with a rater or tester certification.

5- Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and best practices including ”Active learning” in the classroom and experience utilizing advanced classroom technologies.
