Job summary

LEAMS Education is seeking a UAE National Arabic and UAE Social Studies teacher in Dubai to deliver engaging lessons and develop students’ language skills and civic understanding. The role focuses on Arabic language development, Emirati culture, and national identity while promoting inclusive education and high academic standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic or Social Sciences, have strong classroom management, and be ready to join immediately.

Qualifications

Must be a UAE National and hold a valid Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in Arabic, Social Sciences or related field preferred.
Experience in Arabic teaching or UAE Social Studies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver Arabic and UAE Social Studies lessons across classes and year groups.
Plan lessons in line with school curriculum requirements.
Develop students' Arabic reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities where applicable.
Strengthen students' vocabulary and language confidence.
Teach UAE Social Studies concepts through engaging lessons.
Develop understanding of UAE history, geography, society and culture.
Promote Emirati heritage and national identity.
Maintain inclusive classroom environment and foster respect and participation.
Prepare age-appropriate learning materials and lesson plans with clear outcomes.
Differentiate instruction for learners with varying needs.
Provide additional academic support and feedback to monitor progress.
Use questions, discussions, and activities to keep students engaged.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in curriculum planning.
