Job summary

NicheHR Global is seeking a Paralegal – Trademarks & Compliance to join the Group Legal & Compliance team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on managing the Group’s trademark portfolio across the GCC and supporting compliance, governance, and general legal matters.

Ideal candidates have a law background, 4–6 years of paralegal/IP experience, and strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. This is an on-site role based in Dubai with exposure to GCC trademark activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a paralegal, legal operations, trademark, or IP environment.
• Practical understanding of trademark registration and portfolio management (GCC exposure preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Trademark Management: Oversee GCC trademark portfolio including searches, applications, registrations, renewals, and monitoring watch notices.
• Documentation: Coordinate powers of attorney, notarization, and legalization requirements.
• Compliance Support: Assist with compliance programs, third-party due diligence, and maintenance of legal/compliance policies.
• Administrative: Process trademark agent invoices, maintain cost records, and prepare periodic portfolio updates for the Legal team.
