Job summary

Americana Foods in Dubai is seeking a Paralegal specialized in Trademarks & Compliance to support the management of the GCC trademark portfolio and related compliance matters. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agents to ensure timely filings, renewals, and recordals.

The role requires 4-6 years of experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to manage deadlines and regulatory requirements across the Group Legal & Compliance department.

Qualifications

• Good practical understanding of trademark registration and portfolio-management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GCC trademark portfolio management including searches, filings, renewals and recordals.
• Maintain up-to-date records and deadlines in the trademark management platform.
• Liaise with internal teams and external trademark agents on filings and portfolio needs.
• Monitor watch notices and support enforcement matters.
• Prepare portfolio cost updates and manage fee queries.
• Assist with compliance programmes, trackers and supporting documents.
• Support governance documentation, policies and routine legal research.
